Zouk Club

When I go clubbing, one of the things I am picky about is the cleanliness of the bar. Zouk has clearly aced my cleanliness test. The music the DJ was playing was excellent and all of us approved of it too. The ambiance is also worthy of a thumbs up from us, as it enabled us to enjoy the partying vibe and put us in the mood to dance a lot! Foreigners may especially like to visit this club, as it offers free entrance for them, all they have to do is show their passports and sign.

I came here and the first thing I noticed when I went in was the chandeliers overhead! The Butter Factory at Jalan Kia Peng is probably trying to go for a “living the good life” note with magnifico exterior and interior decors –as from the outside, you can tell already that it is a sophisticated club that will most likely attract high society living clubbers. We went there one Thursday on a Ladies Night to check out all the hot chicas who benefitted from the free entrance and drinks from 10pm to...

A club in Mid Valley City that caters to lovers of hiphop and R&B music is Vertigo. They have an ultra fine LED dance floor that gives the lounge a classy modern look. We love how the club was designed –super modern and perfectly matches partying the 21st century! Lots of eye candy and pretty faces partying here so you could say that the crowd is really good as well!

Our old classmate was back home for a visit because he was on a break from his job in Singapore. He insisted on checking out the Sultan Lounge so I, together with my girl friend and two of her friends went here to check out the club. It was a really high-end club with drinks that are expensive. The music played was from pop and RnB genre so it was easy to dance to the beat of it. There were all sorts of foreigners patronizing the lounge, so it’s the club to go to if you are a foreigner and you d...

The Library

This bar is a bit too small or perhaps there were just too many people that time when we visited. But in any case, they should be prepared for a crowd, so I think they really should upgrade and increase partying space. As with any ideal bar, the sofas in this club are very comfy and inviting. What’s best about this club is their wide variety of drinks. They have all kinds of beer and vodka selections, we had a hard time choosing which ones to try.

Pisco Bar

Spotted this Peruvian bar one night in Jalan and we loved the music which featured 80’s bands such as The Cure and The Smiths. The choice of music they had all brought us a wave of nostalgia for gone eras and gave us memories of when we were really young. We did not order much food, just finger food, but we loved their frozen margaritas and Pisco sour. We’d love to try their dishes when we come back for a second visit, as we failed to try the much talked about ceviche.

Providence

A club that is smaller than most clubs because of its exclusivity, you can find lots of beautiful people here at Providence. There are just a few VIP tables here to further stress exclusivity. My girl friend and I really enjoyed bopping our heads and partying to the hypnotic music played by DJs hailing from all over the world. All kinds of classy people party here including foreigners and locals from the high society.

Located between KLCC twin towers and KL Tower, you may want to go to Aristo’s roof garden to chill and have a cozy sundown conversation with your closest friends. Nature trippers will appreciate the ambiance they have established, complete with water feature and trees. For those who are on a tight budget, they may avail the happy promo to get discounts on drinks. Mostly, this place is for winding down a bit and get some air after a night of partying.

Neverland

Hard to miss this club from outside, what with its in-your-face gigantic N logo outside. Also notable is the neon-lit entrance of the bar and the stage and runway they have which is similar to those found in their famous Singapore club. What’s happening inside is a 3D projection mapping show with DJs, live bands, and what-have-yous. Pretty decent music to party to. The drinks are not bad, too! All in all a club that is worth a try!

Rootz rooftop club at the Lot 10 features some fabulously mean design! The place looks lush, and it’s just above the shopping mall! It is really refreshing to look at the club’s design which is unlike any me and my hommies have seen before! It is decked in gold paint and golden decors plus it has these imperial-looking paintings. Everything’s just too cool for words! After being awed by the grandness of the whole place, you would want to get a drink. The drinks are a bit pricey though so you mig...
