We had the value lunch set: Fried Chicken with omelette on curry rice, miso soup and fruit for me for only RM18.90 and a bento meal of salmon sashimi, scallop salad, fried chicken, pickles, rice, soup, fruit and appetizer for my friend for RM26.90. Sumptuous and budget-friendly is the word for it! Also, you can get an add-on of ice cream by adding RM2. We have yet to try their buffet selections, so we don’t know yet if it’s any good or not.
Japanese cuisine dining with friends is always a happy activity and a favourite past time. It’s our first time to try Mitasu at the Central Plaza, and got treated to a smorgasbord of Japanese specialties: sushi and udon and sukiyaki and tepanyaki and ebi tempura and all those other great Japanese treats we stuff ourselves with occasionally. The buffet also gave us a chance to indulge ourselves and eat a bit more than the moderate manner. The ala carte buffet allowed you to order as you eat so everything as cooked well and fresh for better enjoyment!
The seafood kimchi is a must-try favourite for when you go buffet at Mitasu. The boyfriend loved the saba fish and anything that has salmon like the teriyaki salmon teppanyaki, and the sushi with salmon. I liked the salmon sashimi. Everything was so fresh and tasty! I also loved the udon, and they serve green tea & black sesame ice cream, too! The ambiance was just right for dating with comfy couches available. They also offer special discounted down prices for the elderly and the children. We plan to bring my niece here next time.
Well this here is a Japanese restaurant serving the most praiseworthy sashimis at Central Plaza Jalan Sultan Ismail! Sukiyaki beef and oysters also top my list. The buffet here is a good way to fill up on Japanese, especially if you haven’t eaten Japanese in a long time! My hommies loved the ebi tempura, the butteryaki and the Japanese cucumber pickles. Mostly, everything satisfied our hungry stomachs! And the price isn’t too bad too! Considering all that we have eaten! Mitasu buffet tops my list of Japanese chow hang -outs!
For my mom’s birthday I treated her and my dad to buffet at Mitasu. They have a promo for senior citizens costing only RM38.00 each so I got a discount. Regular cost per adult is RM53.90. Mom enjoyed all the sushi: the tuna, omelette and cucumber sushi, as well as the shrimp roe sushi and the salmon sushi. For Dad, he ate a lot of baby octopus and tuna takaki. Meanwhile, I enjoyed eating the oysters with spinach and cod roes. The teriyaki salmon teppanyaki were also irresistible as well as the battered squid tentacles. All three of us loved the octopus takoyaki and prawn tempura.
A restaurant at the Central Plaza where you can get good sushi is Mitasu Jap. Restau. I dine in with friends to eat mostly sushi, and sometimes I also have them delivered. They are also famous for their buffet, if you feel like eating a lot. Just make sure that you are ready to eat all that you have ordered because you pay for the food you leave on your plate, which I think, is a good idea to ensure that nothing goes to waste.
This ala carte Japanese restaurant has the best salmon sashimi in Kuala Lumpur! The sashimi were so fresh I kept on coming back for more! Other delicious choices at Mitasu are the Beef Butteryaki and Beef Hotpot (being the ultimate beef lover I am), Fried Ebi, then there’s also the fresh oysters, snow crabs and the zaru soba. I will never tire of eating Japanese cuisine as long as they keep serving fresh meat grilled and cooked to perfection!
Had the chance to eat a bento meal here. We were aiming for bento but because we were running late, we just ordered a bento. What was served was a complete meal that’s totally filling and satisfying for our hungry stomachs! We also ordered sushi. I did not like the sushi so much. In summary, Mitasu gets three and a half stars from Syafiq!
Absolutely loved the tempura here! Mitasu have one of the most cozy and inviting ambiance around. Me and my friends also agree that the price for the buffet is one of the cheapest around for a Japanese food pig-out. Should you decide to eat buffet, their time for this is 6pm-10pm every Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, they also have lunch time schedule of 12-2:30pm for Saturdays and Sundays. Come here if you are craving for Japanese food and you’re on a budget.
Cool place for sushi. Their ala carte buffet menu has a very wide variety and is worthy..
